Most products are fulfilled through trusted third-party services. This allows us to offer a wider range of products while maintaining quality and reliability. Because of this, items may arrive separately if you order multiple products. Original artwork ships directly from the artist.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped through third-party services. Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. Heks Plume is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or external events such as weather or natural disasters.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (original artwork and made-to-order items), all sales are final. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at heksplume@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will review your case individually.
